Please be very careful about where you get your pr Please be very careful about where you get your property investment advice, particularly if you intend to claim the cost as a tax deduction.

A lot of advice provided by property mentors and coaches is not necessarily tax deductible, regardless of how the service is marketed.

Before engaging a professional, make sure you check with your accountant whether the advice is deductible, the capacity in which it is being provided, and the qualifications of the person providing it.

Just because someone charges you for property advice doesn’t automatically make it a tax deduction.

I hope this helps!

🏡 What if the solution to Australia’s housing cris 🏡 What if the solution to Australia’s housing crisis isn’t just building more homes, but rethinking how many people we’ll actually need in the future?

With AI and emerging technologies set to transform the workforce, potentially replacing millions of jobs globally, should we be reconsidering our immigration levels?

For decades, we’ve relied on population growth to drive economic growth. But what happens when technology allows us to produce more with fewer workers?

Could scaling back immigration ease housing demand, improve affordability and give us time to understand what the workforce of the future will actually look like?

Of course, we still need skilled workers, and immigration plays an important role in our economy. But perhaps we need to start questioning whether the traditional economic model still makes sense in an AI-driven world.

Maybe the answer isn’t always more houses, more people and more growth. Maybe it’s about becoming more productive with the population we already have.

💬 I’m genuinely interested in your thoughts. Should Australia reconsider its immigration strategy as AI transforms our workforce, or do we risk creating bigger economic problems?
