During our personalised 1-1 online consultation, I will conduct a comprehensive review of your internal floor plan and provide you with a mini market valuation for your property. I will also offer detailed feedback on layout, orientation, and spatial planning, and provide you with a thorough review of your interior fixtures and fittings, including colour palettes.

If you’re feeling confused and unsure about starting a renovation, our Renovation Consultation is designed help you embark on your renovation project with confidence. We will work closely with you to safeguard the long-term value of your home, ensuring that you can make informed decisions should you need to sell in the future. We work with you to understand your goals and objectives for your property and will show you how to unlock its highest potential, while flagging avoidable errors and costs. Bring your questions, concerns and most importantly your plans – be it, formal architectural drawings, real estate marketing plans or hand drawn plans and we will bring 17+ years of professional property valuation experience, to show you what works, what doesn’t and what valuers look for when assessing the project for the bank and most importantly how to add and retain value in your home. Having a Renovation Consultation with an experienced valuer can prevent costly mistakes, save you time and effort, and ultimately result in a successful renovation. You shouldn’t have to navigate the renovation process blindly and on your own, with our expertise and guidance, you can confidently start and complete the renovation process, knowing that your vision and goals are fully supported.

  • 1 hour one-on-one Zoom consultation
  • A mini assessment of your property (before and after the renovation/build)
  • Discussing different scenarios on renovating, selling or knocking down and rebuilding
  • Assessment of your budget and guidance around where to spend the majority of your budget

Allow 60-90 mins for the consultation.
Perhaps you’re halfway through a renovation and feel stuck, or you are feeling overwhelmed and just don’t know where to start, you will get the clarity and guidance to know what your next steps should be.

On-Site Consultation

If you are located in the Sydney region you can arrange for an in-person On-site Consolation of your property.

We know that every home is unique, and we take the time to understand your specific goals and vision for the renovation. During the inspection, we will engage in a detailed discussion with you to understand your preferences, budget, and priorities, so that we can tailor the advice to your specific needs.

This assessment will be based on our years of experience and expertise in the field, taking into account both the aesthetic and functional aspects of your home.

Our personalised On-site Consultation ensures that you have a clear understanding of the renovation needs of your home, helping you make informed decisions about your home renovation project and unlock the true potential of your home.

Please make sure you provide an address and a brief explanation of the renovation in order to be quoted correctly.
You will need to provide full onsite access to the premises, and please allow up to 2 hours for this consultation.

*A 15 min complimentary discovery call is needed to quote on this service correctly, depending on the scope of works and time required on site.

What You Need

In person: You will need to provide full onsite access to the premises – Please allow up to 2 hours for this consolation.

Onsite and in-person consultations are only available for properties located in Sydney. An address needs to be provided and a brief explanation of the renovation in order to quote accordingly.

Via Zoom: A personalised one on one zoom consultation. Client to provide either a video walk through or ample photos and a floor plan of the premises – allow 90 mins for this consultation.

External Concept Analysis – Add On

In additional to the floor plan review service you get a full review of;
